The USCAA has announced the players of the week for Wrestling, Men's Division I, Men's Division II, and Women's Basketball.

Men’s Basketball DI

Player of the Week

Caylan Andre, a sophomore forward from Rhema Bible College, is the Division I Men’s Basketball Player of the Week. Andre averaged 15.5 points and 13 rebounds per game, leading the Eagles to a 2-0 record on the week. During that span he also shot 50 percent from the field and added 3 blocks.

Men’s Basketball DII

Player of the Week

Chibunna Belonwu, a junior forward from Paul Smith’s College is the Division II Men’s Basketball Player of the Week. Belonwu averaged 14.3 points, 6.3 rebounds, and 4.3 assists per game on the week. He highlighted the week with and a balanced effort in a win against Central Maine Community College contributing 13 points, 7 rebounds, and 7 assists.

Women’s Basketball

Player of the Week

Tiaira Brathwaite, a sophomore forward from Penn State-Wilkes Barre is the Women’s Basketball Player of the Week. In four games this week Braithwaite average 14.75 points and 12.25 rebounds per game as well as contributed three double-doubles. Braithwaite highlighted the week with 13 points and 23 rebounds against Penn State– Greater Allegheny.

Wrestling

Wrestler of the Week

Carson Beebe, a senior wrestler from Lindenwood-Belleville is the USCAA Wrestler of the Week. Beebe went 6-0 over the weekend, helping the Lynx to a fifth-place finish at the NCWA National Duals. Beebe defeated wrestlers from #3 Apprentice School twice, both by pin. He also defeated the #5 Grand Valley starter by 15 points and the #10 Middle Tennessee State starter by pin.
