John Schmid, a junior center from PSU-Greater Allegheny, is the Division II Men's Basketball Player of the Week. John averaged 15 points, 6 rebounds on the week. Schmid dominated the paint defensively, racking up 4 blocks in their game against PSU-Brandywine and 5 blocks against PSU-Schuylkill.
Women’s Basketball
Player of the Week
Rashell Saucier, a sophomore forward from University of Maine-Presque Isle is the Women's Basketball Player of the Week. Saucier averaged 12 points and 13.6 rebounds per game over a 3 game road stretch. Rashell highlighted the week with 19 points and 14 rebounds against Worcester State.
Wrestling
Josh Wallace, a freshman from Southern Virginia University, is the Wrestler of the Week. Wallace pulled out a thrilling comeback victory in his opening round match in order to advance to the 235-lb finals where he pinned his opponent with just 27 seconds left in the match's second period.
