There has been a change in regards to the first official date of reporting for Winter sports. The official first date for the Winter Stat Reporting will be Tuesday, November 9th, 2010.
Each week remember to include ALL scores from the previous week of competition. If scores are not reported correctly, schools will not be invited to post-season tournaments. Reporting scores accurately and weekly is critical to the voting process for the coaches’ poll committee.
If your institution has a bye week, you must email Tim Anstett at firstname.lastname@example.org. Missing two consecutive weeks of reporting will disqualify your institution from post-season consideration.
Beginning Wednesday, November 10th the USCAA will begin posting the score reports on the website. It is important for each member institution to review the weekly reports and ensure the information is correct.
Stat reports are due every Tuesday by 5PM EST. However if your institution chooses to submit single game by game results (single box scores) please get those in to Tim each Monday by 5PM EST to ensure reporting in the weekly report. Tim’s website for reporting can be found under “Stat Reporting” at www.theuscaa.com.
Jim Heath of the USCAA National Office is on hand and accessible for any stat reporting questions (757-688-4935).
