WILLIAMSBURG, VA. -- The Apprentice School
golf team shot a 332 on the final round Wednesday to capture
the 2007 United States Collegiate Association National
Invitational Tournament at Fords Colony in Williamsburg. With
a three-day total of 984, the Builders outdistanced the
University of Dallas by 42 shots (984-1026).
Grant Dean of Southern Virginia University
was the medalist of the tournament with a 78 in round three
for a 236 total. He was one stroke ahead of Apprentice
School's B.J. Maben who ended with an 81 for a 237 total. The
Builders' Chris Everett was third with a 79 on Wednesday for a
239 total.
