USCAA Players of the Week
Newport News, VA. - The USCAA wants to congratulate and celebrate its student athletes accomplishments. We are proud to announce the following Players of the Week for the week of November 17th -23th.

Newport News, VA. - The USCAA wants to congratulate and celebrate its student athletes' accomplishments. We are proud to announce the following Players of the Week for the week of November 17th -23th.
Men's Basketball (Divison I)
- - Player of the Week- DeWhon McAfee, Spalding, G, Fr.- McAfee netted 27 points against Ohio Northern and followed that performance with a 25 point night against Lynchburg. The freshman guard also had four steals and four blocks against Lynchburg.
Men's Basketball (Division II)
- - Player of the Week- Marquise King, Vermont Tech, G, Fr.- King totaled 76 points in three contests this week. He posted 26 points, five assists and five rebounds against Hesser. In the second game of the week the freshman guard netted 27 points, five assists and grabbed five boards against Maine-Augusta. King finished off the week with a 23 point performance against Eastern Maine.
Women's Basketball
- - Co-Player of the Week- Tamara Davis, Apprentice School, G, Fr., Hampton, VA- Davis scored 14 points while adding six rebounds, four assists and four steals in a victory over PSU-Greater Allegheny. She followed that performance with 20 points and 13 rebounds in a victory over PSU-Fayette. Davis was named the Great Ships Tipoff Tournament Most Valuable Player.
- -Co- Player of the Week- Jasmine Mack, Robert Morris Springfield, G, Jr., Alton, IL- Mack led her squad to two victories at the Anderson University Tipoff Classic. In the first game the Lady Eagle junior scored 18 points, dished out eight assists and grabbed 6 boards. Mack poured in 17 points and had seven assists to lead her team to the tournament championship.
