USCAA Soccer Championship Matchups Set
The 2010 USCAA Soccer Championship matchups have been set.
In the Men's Bracket the undefeated and #1 overall seed University of Maine at Fort Kent will host #3 Briarcliffe College for the Championship. Briarcliff secured thier spot in the Championship game in exciting fashion scoring the decisive goal in the 1-0 victory over #2 Lindenwood-Belleville in the 89th minute. Earlier in the day, Maine at Fort Kent defeated #4 Penn College 2-0 to ride their unbeaten streak into the Championship game.
The 2010 Men's Soccer National Championship game will be held at 1:00PM EST at South Burlington High School in Vermont.
On the women's side top seeded University of Maine at Fort will square off against #3 Florida College at 3:00PM to crown the 2010 Women's Soccer National Champion. Florida College was defeated by #2 Southern Virginia University in the Semi-Final round 1-0 Saturday but due to a conflict for Southern Virginia the Falcons will compete for the National Championship. #1 Maine at Fort Kent defeated #5 Washington Adventist University 7-0 to join their Men's program in representing their institution at this year's Championship games.
