Lyndsay Calkins is the Women's Cross Country player of the week. She is a senior from Lyndon State College. Lyndsay won the Runnin' Monks Invitational on Saturday with a time of 19:47, well over a minute in front of her closest competitor. This will be her second consecutive win of the year.

Midge Sullivan is the Women's Cross Country runner of the week. The Southern Virginia senior finished 3rd place overall in the Virginia State University Cross Country Meet on Saturday. She helped lead the Knights to a first place finish; she ran the race in 20:20, setting a personal career record.

Heather Searles, from NHTI finished 2nd overall in the Gordon College, Pop Crowell Invitational.
Lyndsay Calkins, from Lyndon State College, finished first at the Vermont State Intercollegiate Championships. She was only 2 seconds off the course records.

Heather Searles is the Women's Cross Country player of the week. The NHTI runner finished 1st place overall in the River College Cross Country Invitational with a time of 20:18. She won by 30 seconds even after falling in the early stages of the meet. This is her second win overall this season.
