- Coleman is in his 13th year in the criminal justice field, were he currently holds the position as a Captain at Long Creek youth development center.
- Coleman Findlay was a four-year member of the men’s basketball team (2007-11) and three-year contributor to the baseball program (2007-09). He is the only SMCC student-athlete to be named a USCAA All-American in two different sports. On the hardwood, Findlay owns the all-time program record in points (1713) and averaged 16.0 per game spanning 107 career contests. He ranks third in rebounds (753) and 10th in steals (117). As a pitcher, Findlay ranks fourth all-time in ERA (2.49) among those with 50 or more innings pitched.
