USCAA Announces New Fall Championships Banquet Venue

PITTSBURGH, PA - Without further ado, the USCAA is excited to announce that the 2022 USCAA Fall Championships All-American Banquet will be held at Dave & Buster's in Virginia Beach, VA! Dave & Buster's is rolling out the red carpet for USCAA teams who receive bids to the National Championships for Men's & Women's Soccer, Women's Volleyball, & Men's & Women's Cross Country. Located 15 minutes from the VA Beach oceanfront, the entire venue will be reserved exclusively for the USCAA starting at 6pm on Thursday, November 10th. The USCAA is looking forward to treating this annual event, which has been a staple of Fall Championships Week, as more of a social instead of a banquet. Given the format, student-athletes, coaches, athletic directors, and their guests will be able to roam throughout the venue and have the opportunity to interact with one another more than ever before. Receiving a bid is a chance for teams to finish their seasons with the ultimate prize of winning a National Championship, and the USCAA pursued Dave & Buster's as the new venue to award student-athletes with an ultimate night of fun.

The highlights of Dave & Buster's are their massive arcade, virtual reality games, flat-screen televisions, and massive, 40-foot WOW wall with stadium sound that will be amplified throughout the building. The USCAA National Office staff will announce award winners in one of the private rooms where those in attendance will be able to either view in person or watch on every TV in the venue. Attendees will be able to view the awards show from almost every angle, while they enjoy food, beverages, and all the arcade games Dave & Buster's has to offer. Speaking of food, this year's event will feature an all-you-can-eat buffet to make sure nobody goes home hungry before the next day of competition. 

It wouldn't be the full Dave & Buster's experience without game credits, right? Well the USCAA has secured pre-loaded game cards for every student-athlete in attendance! Thanks to the entire staff at Dave & Buster's and General Manager, Chris Redlund, the USCAA is very grateful to provide this added bonus as part of the awards banquet ticket. "Combining the USCAA, one of the premier collegiate associations for National Championships and student-athlete recognition with Dave & Buster's, the premier organization for indoor gaming, just makes sense and we are honored to be the venue of choice and look forward to throwing a great party for everyone," says Chris Redlund.
