Brian Abel of Penn State Brandywine is the USCAA Men’s Cross Country Athlete of the Week.  Abel led Brandywine at the team’s home meet, finishing in a time of 29 minutes and 12 seconds.  Abel’s time was second-best in the 96-runner field.
